Refund policy

At Say It With A Ring, we want you to love your fine jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges according to the guidelines below.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
  • 14-Day Return Window: You may return or exchange items in their original, undamaged condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Store Credit (15–30 Days): Any return requests made between 15 and 30 days of delivery are only eligible for store credit. Once approved, your store credit is valid for 1 year.
  • After 30 Days: Returns and exchanges are no longer allowed after 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Pre-Authorization Required: You must request a return authorization before shipping your items back. No refunds will be granted without prior approval. Please email us at support@sayitwitharing.com for your instructions and return label.
❌ Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for the following items unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom Jewelry: Customized rings from our ring builder, personalized pieces (such as name jewelry), and any jewelry customized by you.
  • Altered Items: Any jewelry that has been resized or altered, whether by us or an outside jeweler.
  • Final Sale: Any items marked as final sale.
📦 Return Shipping & Process
  • Return Shipping Fees: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return label, and the cost will be deducted from your total refund amount. Return label fees vary depending on your location.
  • Packaging: Items must be shipped back in their original condition and original packaging. Please ensure the package is securely sealed.
  • Transit Risk: We are not responsible for return items that are damaged or lost in transit.
  • Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect its condition. Please allow 1–3 days for inspection. We will email you to confirm receipt and notify you if your refund or store credit has been issued.
  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment. Please note it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
⚠️ Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please email us at support@sayitwitharing.com within 5 days of receipt.
  • Include your order details so we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
🛑 Order Cancellations & Address Changes
  • Cancellations: You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be canceled.
  • Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address, you may do so at any time before your order has shipped.
