📦 Processing & Production Times

Because most of our exquisite pieces are made to order, delivery times will vary depending on the item:

Standard Processing: Please allow 5–7 business days (excluding weekends) for us to process and prepare your order before it ships.
Made-to-Order Items: Custom or made-to-order pieces can take approximately 4–8 weeks to craft before they are shipped.
Order Status: You will receive a notification as soon as your payment is processed and your order is completed.

🚚 Free Shipping Promotion

Eligibility: Free shipping applies to orders over $500. Items under $500 are excluded.
Delivery Window: Free shipping typically takes 7–14 days, depending on your location.
Exclusions: International orders do not qualify for free shipping promotions.
Carrier Selection: We reserve the right to choose the shipping method for free delivery. You may upgrade your shipping method at checkout for an additional cost if you need faster delivery.

🔒 Package Protection & Security

For your complete financial protection, we strictly enforce the following security protocols:

Full Insurance: We insure and register all shipments for their full retail value.
Physical Address Required: We only deliver to physical residential or business addresses. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
No Rerouting: For insurance and security reasons, we cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped.
Tampered or Lost Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost or shows signs of tampering, you must report it to us within 5–7 days of receiving your tracking number.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. You can select your international shipping preferences directly at checkout.

Customs & Duties: Customs processes and import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for specific rates.
Canada & Australia: There are no additional import duties beyond your standard local taxes (GST/PST/HST).
United Kingdom: Relevant duties for UK orders are automatically collected at checkout.

🪖 Military Addresses (APO)

We proudly ship to Army Post Office (APO) addresses. Please note that due to military logistics, transit times to APO locations can be longer and more unpredictable. These delays are entirely outside of our control.

⚠️ Important Shipping Notes

Unforeseen Delays: While we strive for timely deliveries, delays caused by severe weather, carrier bottlenecks, or incorrect address entries are beyond our control.
Shipping Fees: All shipping fees are completely non-refundable.
Flexible Carrier Routing: We reserve the right to alter the shipping method if a different carrier is deemed more appropriate to hit your target delivery date.
